A unique and sustainable housing project in Hamar.

Inngangsporten (“The Gateway”) to Hamar is an exciting residential project under development. It will offer modern and functional apartments suited both to first-time buyers and to those looking for something larger. The project will be built on top of the Elkjøp building and will offer fantastic views of Åkersvika and Lake Mjøsa.

Residents will also be able to enjoy a beautiful elevated atrium with green surroundings, as well as a shared roof terrace. There will in fact be several shared indoor and outdoor common areas – places where residents can enjoy a social and vibrant living environment.

Stylish and smart

The apartments in Meieriparken are being developed with a focus on both smart use of space and high living quality. There will be a good variety of apartment types and sizes, as well as several good shared facilities for the residents of the housing cooperative.

The smaller apartments have smart floor plans and tailored solutions to make the most of every square metre. Perfect for first-time buyers, or for those who want a simpler everyday life.

The plans also include efficient three-room apartments. Flexible enough to accommodate a whole family, but also practical if you need a guest room or home office.

The larger apartments will have generous living spaces, spacious balconies and beautiful views of Åkersvika and Lake Mjøsa.

The project offers a wide range of apartment sizes and layouts, adapted to different life situations and preferences.

Attractive location

The new apartment project will have a central location in Hamar, close to important amenities and public transport. With Hamar station within walking distance (approx. 25 minutes) and frequent bus connections, it is easy to get to Oslo Airport, Oslo city centre and other towns. The train to Oslo Central Station takes only 1 hour and 15 minutes, and by car you are quickly on the E6 – 50 minutes to Oslo Airport and 1 hour and 15 minutes to Oslo city centre.

Scenic surroundings and city life

The project is located close to Åkersvika and Lake Mjøsa, offering great opportunities for recreation. There are fine walking and cycling paths, and a wide range of outdoor activities with swimming spots nearby. It is also a short distance to Briskeby, where HamKam plays in the Eliteserien, and to a number of shops such as Rema 1000, CC and Vinmonopolet.

Building for the future – with respect for the past

In this project, we have chosen to preserve and further develop what already exists, rather than demolishing and building new. This means we take care of solid buildings and materials wherever possible, while creating brand-new, modern and energy-efficient homes – exactly what you would expect from a new apartment.

For you as a buyer, this means you get a completely new home of a high standard, while the project has a significantly lower environmental footprint. By reusing large parts of the existing building, we reduce both waste and greenhouse gas emissions – without compromising on quality.

This is sustainability in practice, and part of Axer Eiendom’s clear strategy to build in a more environmentally friendly and future-oriented way.

Close to Lake Mjøsa

From Inngangsporten you will be within walking distance of the new Mjøsfronten, a waterfront area recently upgraded with 500 public seats, restaurants and cafés, swimming spots, a marina and parks. The new 1,400 sqm park offers social meeting places such as a pétanque court and pleasant outdoor areas.

The capital of the Inland region

Hamar has a rich history as a railway and market town, and it has developed significantly in recent years. The town has gained new public spaces, and city life is thriving with an increased focus on food, culture and experiences. The university colleges in Hamar are close by, and future plans for the town include further development of attractive housing, parks and meeting places.
