Each apartment has been carefully planned in collaboration between an experienced Norwegian property developer and local architects - so as a buyer, you can feel confident that everything from construction quality to layout and design will be executed in the best possible way.
The apartments will feature well-sized bedrooms, tiled bathrooms, and open-plan living and kitchen areas. Most units offer direct access to a private terrace, creating a natural extension of the indoor space. The building will also include an elevator serving all floors, including the rooftop terrace. Parking spaces will be established in a secure, underground garage.

The Architect’s vision
Tim Architects, founded in 2004, has an in-depth understanding of the island. The firm is composed of a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and interior designers, ensuring high-quality project execution from the very first sketch. Their portfolio includes both new residential developments and the restoration of historic buildings across the Canary Islands.
Architect Fernando Briganty shares his personal journey:
“Since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by buildings and structures. When I had the opportunity to study in Gran Canaria, I fell in love with the profession—both the technical and artistic sides. After graduating, I was offered the chance to go to Los Angeles, where I witnessed the dedication of professional architects up close.
Over time, I’ve learned that architecture is the sum of many elements. The client, the location, the space, the light, and the budget must all come together to form a cohesive whole. Once you recognize that, the vision stays with you—and you simply have to bring it to life.”
High-quality surfaces and materials
The apartments will feature a clean, Nordic-inspired design, including extractor hoods from the renowned brand Røroshetta.
Externally, the façade will be finished with a light-coloured, smooth rendered plaster.
Tiled flooring makes the apartments easy to maintain, while also providing a Southern European hotel-style feel in your own home.
Each apartment will have a private terrace or balcony with either 30×60 or 60×60 light/cream-coloured tiles, offering a secluded space where you can relax and enjoy the evenings at sunset.
Kitchen and bathroom
The kitchen will feature a stylish combination of wood-toned and white matte finishes, with integrated appliances. It will include a sleek countertop and a ventilation hood from the renowned Røroshetta. The floors will be tiled with large 90x90 cm ceramic tiles, offering a modern and spacious feel.
The bathrooms will be elegant and contemporary, finished in light tones. Flooring will be in 30x60 cm tiles in cream or sand shades, while the walls will be tiled in white matte 30x60 cm tiles. Each bathroom will include a glass-enclosed shower niche with sliding doors and a rainfall showerhead.

The area surrounding the pool will be tiled with 30x60 cm and 60x60 cm tiles in Tanum Creme or equivalent, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout the communal space.
The swimming pool is expected to measure approximately 3.50 x 6.50 meters, with a maximum depth of 110 cm. Several seating areas and decorative plants will be added to enhance the ambiance of the entire complex.
