The flats

The project

Location
On the site of the historic Fagerborg Hotel in Storgata near Lillestrøm church, the flats will have a great central location, within walking distance of the cinema, shopping areas and not least the train. The area is a distinctly residential area, despite its short distance to "everything".
With this project, Axer Eiendom aims to add a great new quarter to the centre of Lillestrøm. Plans are being made for a warm façade with extensive use of wood, as well as private balconies or terraces with plenty of space for all the flats. There will be several staircases with lift access to each floor, without long internal corridors, which will ensure a pleasant indoor environment in the communal areas.
